Small Changes with Big Impact

We began with the everyday essentials—recycling, encouraging thoughtful use of towels and lighting, and gently suggesting ways to reduce carbon emissions. But as things evolve, so does our response to this commitment, if we want to make a real difference, we’d need to go further.

So, we switched every bulb to energy-efficient LEDs, upgraded to smart TVs, and replaced bedside clock radios with handy charging ports. Simple changes, but each one impactful and well received by our guests.

Investing in a Greener Future

We also looked at installing a new high-efficiency heating and hot water system powered by smart technology and supported by thermo dynamic panels. The result? A significant cut in carbon emissions—all while ensuring you enjoy hot showers and guaranteed warmth during your stay.

But we didn’t stop there. We now generate our own renewable energy with a 12KW solar system, producing up to 10,000KW of clean power every year. That means a lighter footprint for us—and a brighter, greener future for all.

For our guests driving electric vehicles, we’ve installed a 21KW Zappi EV charger right on site. Convenient, dependable, and fairly priced, it ensures you can relax knowing your next adventure in Ireland is fully charged and worry-free.
