You’ll Find the Best Autumn Walks in Carlow – October 4th – 6th!

Join like-minded enthusiastic walkers, ramblers and adventurers in county Carlow from Friday, October 4th – Sunday, October 6th for the highly anticipated ‘Carlow Autumn Walking Festival’. This wonderful festival set in Ireland’s ancient east with the Black Mountains, Mount Leinster, Kilbrannish forest trails and other stunning landscapes taking centre stage, it’s going to be a fantastic weekend!

Only you know how much you want to challenge yourself when you get here so be assured that there are options to join up to 20 specific themed walks, each to satisfy your fitness level and crossover with historical sites.

Most importantly, every walk is guided by highly experienced walkers from Tullow Mountaineering club and the Blackstairs Rambers. As a community Carlow locals are very invested in making this weekend a special one for all our visitors, so there will also be several local volunteers on hand to assist and support participants.

If you haven’t been to Carlow before or have been but are keen to discover more of our natural splendour, you’ll be spellbound at the trails, forests and scenery that’s crying out to be admired.
