ANGLING

As the world speeds up exponentially, we are forced to slow down and we can’t think of a better place to do so than on the banks of the Rivers Barrow & Slaney. Known as a coarse and game angling river, March – September is salmon and brown trout season. For more info on licenses and fees required visit www.slaneyfishing.com

Beginners will enjoy a ‘Safari trail on the Barrow’ or a gentle cruise along the Barrow with local company Boattrips.ie.
